Mistborn-Book review

Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson.
So far I have read up until page 433, and so far I have been captivated. This is a very interesting book about a girl who learns she has powers, but while learning these powers she also finds out that she can trust people. The book is also in the narrative of a young man who also has powers, but got them from hardships and now is out for revenge and to free people from a corrupt government. This book is set in a world where all plant life is decaying and nothing is green, and when one girl is exposed to the fact that life can be green, she is suprised and has a hard time imagining this. This is a fun bit of world building, but there are several other times in the book where this is mentioned and each time the book states that she simply cannot imagine a world with green, which is not needed to be said multiple times, since the message of this world being different and long not green has already been told. The book also has some odd dialogue where the girl will sometimes have thoughts that won't lead anywhere and aren't very relevant to the story, but I quite like these little pieces of what she is thinking of because it makes this world seem more realistic, with thoughts that don't always lead to something big or anything at all. I will continue reading the book and see if these my feelings about it continue, but so far, I have found this world fascinating and definitely an interesting story.
