The Well of Ascencion by Brandon Sanderson
This is the final book in the wonderful trilogy of Mistborn. This book really increased the tension and stakes from the last book, making this a very exciting read. it deals with the evil that was let into the world in the last book and what sacrifices the characters have to make for the greater good. It also makes one of the minor characters in the last two books into a much more relevant character that is fun to read.
I think that this book was a wonderful way to end the mistborn trilogy. There are three more books and a fourth on the way set in the far future, but it is a very different setting and world than the mistborn books. I have read the first of the books set in the far future, The Alloy of Law and I already love these characters. I can't wait to read more.
